What is the impact of COVID-19 on Cão Estilo Couture?
During this challenging time, our hearts go out to the families affected by the coronavirus as well as the healthcare providers on the front lines.

We are still open and shipping orders. Orders are processing in around 3 to 5 business days for all products.

Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide.

When will I receive my order?
Orders are processing in around 3 to 5 business days for all products.

We ship domestic orders with Continental Courier and international orders mostly via DHL. This typically means next business day on domestic orders and it takes 5-10 business days worldwide (always after the processing time). If you need your order by a certain time, please contact us and we will do our best to work within your timeframe.

What is your return policy?
We stand behind every product that we sell. If you aren't 100% satisfied, we're here to help!

We accept returns of items that are unused, unwashed, and in new condition.

• Returns received within 15 days of original ship date will be refunded in full, minus shipping charges

• Returns received within 16-30 days of original ship date will receive store credit

• We cannot accept returns after 30 days

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for paying return and exchange shipping costs unless we sent an incorrect or damaged item, in which case we will provide a complimentary return label.

How do I exchange an item?
While we don't offer direct exchanges, you can return any new, unused item for a refund and place an order for the new item that you would like instead.

How do I care for my Cão Estilo Couture product?
Dog bandanas: All bandanas are machine washable. We recommend machine washing on the gentle cycle in cold water and air drying.

Dog collars: We recommend hand washing your collar to increase its longevity. Collars can also be washed in the dishwasher or machine washed in a laundry bag to prevent the buckle from scratching.

Where are your products made?
We proudly handcraft our products in the UAE.
